<p>This 91TV Video Live Privacy Policy explains how 91TV Video Live ("91TV Video" "we" "us") process any personal data
we collect from visitors and users of 91TV Video applications, services provided in relation to the website
(collectively, the “91TV Video Services”).</p>

to your GPS information via the settings on your mobile device;</p>
<p>• Your opt-in choices and correspondence with us, such as information used to verify with your account or to
resolve your feedback or complaints;</p>
<p>• Information you provide when participating in in-app surveys and activities.</p>
<p>• Information you provide from social media when you create a 91TV Video account by connecting with a
third-party
social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, or if you link a 91TV Video account with a
third-party

business partners to measure and understand the web pages you click on and how you use 91TV Video Services,
enhance your experience using 91TV Video Services.</p>

identify you. Aggregated data may be derived from your Personal Information but is not considered Personal
Information as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate
your usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature, to generate
statistics about our users, to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature, or to

<p>•To serve promo cards and advertisements on the App,we will use your Location, gender, age, and information

you have optionally provided us with via your profile</p>

our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, customization of
content, analytics, security, map navigation, data storage and cloud services, supporting our functionality,

information to Getui to ensure you can receive the message push. For your information security, we have made
data security confidentiality agreements with Getui , who will strictly abide by our data privacy and
security requirements. We will not share your personal identifiable information unless authorized by you.

<p>• In order to provide you with one-click sharing service, our App has integrated Umeng+ U-Share SDK , which
will
collect your device identifiable information (such as IMEI/android ID/IDFA, etc.) and installed information

data security confidentiality agreements with Umeng+, who will strictly abide by our data privacy and
security

assets of the account and in order to optimize the APP experience, our App has integrated Talkingdata SDK ,

state,etc.) and installed information to ensure your account will be more safer. For your information
security, we have made data security confidentiality agreements with Talkingdata, who will strictly abide by
our data privacy and security requirements. We will not share your personal identifiable information unless

<p class="bold">International Data Transfers</p>
<p>Your Personal Information may be processed by us, our trusted third party suppliers outside of the country

certain features of 91TV Video Services because such information may be required for you to register as a
user,
purchase Paid Services, participate in a promotion, survey, sweepstakes or make complaints.

information or deleting your information by editing your profile in the App.</p>

data
for marketing or advertising, nor will we share such data with any third party.</p>

via the settings on your mobile device, and the information based on your SIM card;</p>
